1 serving
Ingredients: 50 grams of spelled flour, 100 ml almond milk, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of tartar baking powder, a pinch of salt and possibly some vanilla or 1 tablespoon of agave syrup if you want it sweeter.
1 apple (peeled and cooked).
Step 1
Place all the dry ingredients for the pancakes in a bowl and mix together. Add the milk and possibly the agave syrup.
Step 2
Grab a frying pan and put it on the stove. Melt a little coconut oil in the pan and bake 3 to 4 pancakes from the batter. Turn when they become dry and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
While you are baking the pancakes, you can put the apple pieces in a saucepan with a layer of water. Bring this to the boil and cook the apple until soft. Drain the water and mash the apple pieces. A bit coarse with the best stay.
Step 4
Put your pancakes in your boho tiffin. Place the apple compote in a separate bowl.
Step 5
You can stack your pancakes on location and your apple compote will be on the top.
