About our Boho-Tiffins

What material is a Boho-Tiffin made of?

The Boho-Tiffin is made of stainless steel (stainless steel). Stainless steel is fully recyclable, which means that it can be melted down and reused without reducing the quality of the material. All this makes stainless steel a sustainable and environmentally friendly material.

Can the Boho-Tiffin go in the dishwasher?

Yes, your Boho-Tiffin is dishwasher safe, but be careful not to place sharp products next to it that could damage the print. could damage. Hand washing is also fine.

Can I also take soup with me in the Boho-Tiffin?

No, your Boho-Tiffin is not leak-proof, so it is better to take soup with you in a special leak-proof soup cup. But if you want to take yoghurt or cottage cheese with you, for example, you can do so, preferably keeping your Boho-Tiffin upright. If you have any doubts, you can always place some baking paper over your container, place another container on top and you're done!

Closure too loose/too tight?

The clips/closure on the side of your Boho-Tiffin are easy to adjust yourself if you find the system too tight or too loose. You can then separate them from the Boho-Tiffin and bend the curved piece that closes on the lid a little with pliers depending on whether you would like it tighter or looser. Can I also take hot food into the Boho-Tiffin?

The Boho-Tiffin is intended for cold lunch dishes. It does not have a heating element to keep your food warm. It is made of stainless steel, so you cannot use it in the oven or microwave. You can of course always heat your food on a plate in the oven or microwave if, for example, you have an evening shift and want to take hot food with you.

Will my food stay extra cold in the Boho Tiffin?

To keep your food cool, you can put your Boho-Tiffin in the refrigerator or you can put a small cooling element in your tiffin.

How long do I get a warranty on my Boho-Tiffin?

Errors in the production process often become apparent upon first use, which is why you have a 6-month warranty on your Boho-Tiffin. Our tiffins are durable so you can expect them to last a long time.

Origin & Quality

Our Boho-Tiffins are largely handmade in India. ♡ They are therefore never 100% perfect (nor are we ;)

The production process is human work, so it may happen that your tiffin has a small scratch or mini dent. In fact, every tiffin has 'something' and that is what makes it so unique. We think it's a shame to just throw it away and it doesn't suit our sustainable product at all.

We always check all parts of the tiffins for these imperfections and ensure that your Boho-Tiffin is delivered to you in good condition.

Will there be other sizes?

At the moment we only have our most popular size available, if there is more demand for other sizes they will certainly come back.

Why no more Hanger & Netbag?

We noticed that the Netbag was not used much, so we thought it would be a shame to include it.

Making pendants was a lot of manual work for us, we did this with love, but because we also provide the Boho-Tiffin with the most beautiful prints by hand, we wanted to start without a pendant for now.

Who knows, maybe a really cool replacement will come along in the future!

Delivery time & Returns

How much delivery time does my Boho-Tiffin take?

We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We deliver within 1-3 working days.
After shipment you will receive a track and trace code by email so that you can track your package. We are dependent on the postal deliverers of PostNL & DHL.

Can I return my order?

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you always have a 14-day reflection period and the option to return your product.

What should I do in case of a return?

• Send an email to info@boho-tiffin.com with the reason for your return and your order number. We will then send you an email with a link in which you can create a returns label via our returns service. (this is at your own expense and costs €6.50) Drop off the package at a PostNL location.
• If you do not want to use our returns service, please email us for our returns address.
• The product must be complete, unused, undamaged and packaged in the original packaging (or replacement box).

Will I get my money back if I return my order?

• After receiving and checking your return, we will immediately refund your purchase amount to the account you used to pay.
• Are you only returning part of your order? For example, you have ordered two products and are returning one? Then we will not refund the shipping costs previously incurred.
• You must pay the costs of returning to our webshop yourself. (via our returns service this is €6.50)

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are only possible for a product with the same purchase amount. In all other cases, we will refund the purchase price and you can place a new order yourself. You pay the costs for returning the product yourself.
