You have a 30-day return policy and the option to return your product. Please ensure you register your product with us no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

Money Back
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will immediately refund your purchase amount to the account you used to pay.
Are you only returning part of your order? For example, if you ordered two products and are returning one, we will not refund the shipping costs incurred.
Exchange
Exchanges are only possible for a product with the same purchase price. In all other cases, we'll refund the purchase price, and you can place a new order yourself. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
