Exchanges & Returns


We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you always have a 14-day reflection period and the option to return your product.

What should I do in case of a return?

• Send an email to with the reason for your return and your order number. We will then send you an email with a link in which you can create a returns label via our returns service. (this is at your own expense and costs €6.50) Drop off the package at a PostNL location.
• If you do not want to use our returns service, please email us for our returns address.
• The product must be complete, unused, undamaged and packaged in the original packaging (or replacement box).

Money Back

• After receiving and checking your return, we will immediately refund your purchase amount to the account you used to pay.
• Are you only returning part of your order? For example, you have ordered two products and are returning one? Then we will not refund the shipping costs previously incurred.
• You must pay the costs of returning to our webshop yourself. (via our returns service this is €6.50)


Exchanges are only possible for a product with the same purchase amount. In all other cases, we will refund the purchase price and you can place a new order yourself. You pay the costs for returning the product yourself.
