Of course, we hope that, like most of our customers, you are satisfied with your purchase! (Our return rate is extremely low, and we are super proud of that ❤️)
If you are not satisfied, you have a
14-day cooling-off period and the option to return your product. Make sure your product is registered with us no later than 14 days after receipt of your order.

Returns are at your own expense,
the cost for this is €6.50.
Drop off the package at a PostNL location near you.
The product must be complete, unused, undamaged, and packaged in its original packaging or a replacement box. (PLEASE NOTE: not in a shipping bag or plastic bag due to potential damage!)
In case of damage, we reserve the right not to refund the full amount.
Money Back
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will immediately refund your purchase amount to the account you used to pay.
Are you only returning part of your order? For example, if you ordered two products and are returning one, we will not refund the shipping costs incurred.
Exchange
Exchanges are only possible for a product of the same purchase price. In all other cases, we will refund your purchase amount and you can place a new order yourself. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product.
