Ingredients:
Container 1: dried mango and pineapple (quantity of your choice;)
Container 2: apple-date cookies ( http://www.veganflavours.nl/appel-dadelkoeken/ );
Container 3: sweet stew - 250 grams of potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges), 200 grams of carrots (cleaned and cut into pieces), 25 grams of raisins, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt.
Step 1
Place the potatoes and carrots in a pan and place on the stove. Cook it for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the potatoes and carrots and mash them finely (a somewhat coarser structure is not a problem).
Step 3
Now add the raisins, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Place the stamp in a boho tiffin bowl and let it cool.
Step 4
Fill the other bowls with the apple-date cake and dried fruit. Has the stamp cooled down? Stack and secure the boho tiffin. Ready to go.
