Ingredients: 2 slices of sourdough bread (other bread is also possible), 1 tablespoon of hummus and palm cabbage (from 2 stems, washed and coarsely chopped).

Step 1

Preheat your sandwich or grill maker.

Step 2

Spread the 2 slices of bread with hummus.

Step 3

Place the pieces of kale on 1 slice of bread and press the second slice on top.

Step 4

Your 'toasted sandwich' can now be placed in the sandwich maker on the grill plate. Press firmly.

Step 5

Is the light off and your sandwich ready? Eat your sandwich with an extra spoonful of hummus or (unsweetened) ketchup! Mmmmmm
