Ingredients: 125 ml almond milk (unsweetened), 65 grams hemp seeds, 15 grams (broken) linseed, 10 grams chia seeds, 1 tbsp MCT oil, ½ teaspoon cinnamon (cookie spice is also tasty), pinch of Himalayan salt and 1 tbsp peanut butter (or another nut spread).

Optional: liquid stevia cinnamon

Step 1

Place the almond milk in a saucepan together with the hemp (broken) linseed and chia seeds, MCT oil, peanut butter, salt and cinnamon. Place the pan on the stove and heat your porridge. Keep stirring well while heating.

Step 2

When you have a porridge substance and your porridge is warm enough, it is ready. If necessary, season with a few drops of liquid stevia and cinnamon.

Step 3

Spoon your porridge into your boho tiffin and enjoy. You can take the porridge with you. Then let it cool down first. This will make your porridge thicker!
