Ingredients: 150 grams of raw cashew nuts, ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice (cinnamon, gingerbread and cookie spices are also possible), 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted), 2 tbsp gold syrup.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Place the pumpkin spice together with the melted coconut oil and syrup gold in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Add the cashew nuts to the wet mixture and stir gently.

Step 4

Place the baking tray in the oven and roast the cashew nuts until nicely browned, about 17-20 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the baking tray from the oven and let cool.

Take some cashew nuts with you in your boho tiffin, place them on the table or store them in your Boho tiffin for another moment.
