6 sandwiches

Ingredients: 125 grams of almond flour, 30 grams of coconut flour, 35 grams of psyllium fiber, pinch of Himalayan salt, 2 teaspoon of tartar baking powder, 2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 10 ml of coconut oil, 120 ml of warm water, 30 grams of sweet cinnamon and 50 grams of pecan nuts.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix them well.

Step 4

Now add the wet mixture with the flour and knead into a ball. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the dough ball from the oven and form it into 6 balls. Place this on the lined baking tray and press a little.

Step 6

Slide the baking tray into the oven and after about 40-45 minutes your sweet rolls with pecan nuts are ready.

Step 7

Let the rolls cool before putting them in the freezer or in your boho tiffin (which you will close).
