50 grams brown rice (or risotto rice), 250 ml almond milk, ½ lime juice, ½ lime juice, 1 teaspoon arrowroot, 125 grams raspberries and liquid vanilla stevia to taste.

Step 1

Place the rice in a saucepan together with the almond milk, lime juice and zest. Place on the stove and bring to the boil.

Step 2

When your porridge is done, it will be thicker. If not, add 1 teaspoon of arrowroot and stir briefly.

Step 3

Add the frozen raspberries and stir gently. Save some for decoration.

Step 4

If necessary, season with some liquid stevia, vanilla or raspberries.

Step 5

Spoon your porridge into your boho tiffin and finish with some raspberries, nuts, grated coconut or some edible flowers. Cover well with cling film and keep your Boho Tiffin straight!
