Ingredients: 1 zucchini (make spaghetti), 125 grams of green beans (briefly steamed), 100 grams of chickpeas, 1 spring onion (cut into rings), 1-2 tbsp of homemade pea spread and pepper and salt to taste.

If necessary, add pumpkin and sunflower seeds for more bite. It's also nice to roast the chickpeas before putting them in the salad.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently.

Season with salt and pepper and then transfer the salad to a plate or into your boho tiffin.
