Looking for a light and tasty meal that is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner? This fresh pasta with prawns and dill is deliciously refreshing, super easy to make and very tasty. Perfect to eat warm, but also ideal to take with you cold in your Boho-Tiffin lunch box to enjoy on the go or during your lunch break.

Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • 300g prawns
  • 300g pasta of your choice (I used tagliatelle)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 fish stock cube
  • 250ml cooking dairy 7% fat
  • 125g light herb cheese
  • 15g fresh dill
  • Pepper, salt, paprika powder
  • Olive oil
  • Grate
  • Optional: cutting machine

  1. Start by cleaning and marinating the prawns with olive oil, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Then put them in the fridge.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Press the garlic and dice the onion and fry with a dash of olive oil until golden brown. Cut the courgettes into very small pieces (I used a slicer) and add them to the pan together with the stock cube. Fry this for about 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
  4. Add the cooking dairy and herb cheese to the courgettes and keep stirring until a creamy sauce is formed. Add the juice and zest of the organic lemon and the dill to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and let it stand for a while on low heat.
  5. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix together.
  6. In a separate pan, fry the prawns. No more olive oil is needed here.
  7. Are the prawns ready? Divide the pasta over the plates and garnish with the fried prawns.

Ready to take with you in your favorite Boho Tiffin!

Enjoy your meal!
