Do you feel like going out of your way during your Sunday brunch, for your love or just for yourself? Then make these delicious love cupcakes based on cottage cheese with peach and white chocolate. The combination of peach and white chocolate is fresh, sweet and a little bit sour (and not too unhealthy, win-win). Me and my other half are fans! And with this recipe you can make some immediately! Perfect to take to the office or to the park tomorrow.

What do you need?

- 200g flour

- 200g low-fat cottage cheese

- 200g white chocolate

- 7 peaches (6 for the cake and 1 for decoration

- 2 ripe bananas

- 4 eggs

- 2 tsp baking powder

- butter (to grease the cake tins)

- cake tins of your choice, I used hearts

1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Mix the flour, cottage cheese, eggs and baking powder with a mixer until a smooth batter.

2. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and add them to the batter. Then mix the batter with the mixer for another minute.

3. Grate the white chocolate and slowly stir it into the batter with a spatula. Cut the peaches into pieces, remove the pit and put the peach pieces in a food processor for a few seconds or cut them into small pieces with a knife. Now slowly stir the peach into the batter with a spatula.

4. Grease the molds with butter and pour the batter into the cake molds. Bake the love cupcakes in the oven for about 45-55 minutes until golden brown. Garnish them nicely with some peach slices and some chocolate grater and DIG IN! Enjoy girls!
