Fancy a healthy brunch on this lovely Sunday? I got you! With this nutritious and healthy brunch you can start your Sunday perfectly and super healthy. Ready to rock the day!
What do you need? (for 1 portion)
- 25g organic oatmeal
- 150 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 tbsp coconut grater
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- walnuts, grapes, granola to garnish
1. Place the oatmeal in a bowl and add the almond milk, coconut grater, honey, cinnamon, chia seeds and the contents of 1 passion fruit. Stir this well and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. The next morning, remove the bowl from the refrigerator, stir well again and pour the contents into a Boho Tiffin (this is the perfect breakfast/brunch to take to the office). Garnish the overnight oats with a passion fruit, walnuts, grapes, granola and a little grated coconut.
