If I had to choose between a savory brunch or a sweet brunch, I choose savory every time. Savory focaccias, filled croissants and fresh sandwiches with savory toppings. Savory is definitely my preference! Today I have the recipe for this delicious vegetarian paprika-feta bread for you. And of course it is best to eat it lukewarm with a little salted butter. Yum!

What do you need?

- 200g zucchini strings

- 3 eggs

- 300g flour

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp almond milk

- 250g feta cheese (get the creamiest version you can find)

- 1 large onion

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 3 red peppers

- 1 tbsp Italian herbs

- 2 tsp salt

- 2 tsp paprika powder

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2. Press the garlic and cut the onion and pepper into small pieces (I used a cutting machine). Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix everything well with a spatula. Finally, crumble the feta into the bowl and mix everything well.

3. Grease a cake tin and pour the dough into the tin.

4. Bake the bread for 60 minutes until golden brown. The bread is still a little moist on the inside after 60 minutes. Don't like this? Then leave the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes.

5. Let the bread cool and when the bread is lukewarm, attack!

Enjoy girls,

Love Jessie
