Are you a cheese lover and is an egg indispensable for you on Sunday? Then I now have the perfect recipe for your Sunday brunch: vegetarian 3 cheese egg salad with Turkish bread. Would you like to bet that this egg salad will also be on your table during the week? Enjoy girls!

What do you need?

- 6 eggs
- 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
- 50 grams of cottage cheese
- 20 grams of mature cheese (grated)
- 20 grams of goat cheese balls
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 Turkish bread
- Salt & pepper to taste

1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and then shock them. The egg yolk may still be a bit orange.

2. Mash the eggs into small pieces. Then add the cottage cheese and mix well. When this is well mixed, add the cottage cheese, the grated mature cheese and the goat cheese balls and stir into a creamy mixture.

3. Season the egg salad with the curry powder, Italian herbs and salt & pepper.

4. Heat the Turkish bread in the oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees. You can do this shorter or longer as desired.
