Ingredients: ½ cucumber (cut into moons), 5 radishes (thinly sliced) and ½ fennel (cut into thin strips).
Dressing: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy yogurt, 1 clove of fresh garlic (pressed), 1 teaspoon agave syrup, juice of ½ lemon, fresh chives, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 1
Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and mix together.
Step 2
For the dressing, put everything in a bowl and stir well. Finally, add the fresh chives and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Would you like it a little sweeter? Then add some agave syrup.
Step 3
Stir the dressing through the salad and fill your Boho Tiffin with it.
