Salad of turnip and summer fruit
1 salad or as a side dish
Ingredients: 1 turnip (peeled and grated), 50 grams raspberries, 50 grams blueberries, 50 grams strawberries and for the dressing the juice of 1 orange and 15 grams of coriander.
Step 1
Place the grated turnip in a bowl and add the fresh fruit. Toss carefully.
Step 2
Squeeze or squeeze the orange and put the juice together with the coriander in a tall measuring cup or food processor. Puree into a smooth dressing.
