Sometimes I have those experiments where I don't know what they should be and then suddenly something comes out 🤣 This time it was these peanut butter-chocolate sandwiches. Super handy and delicious to take with you to work or school, for example in this nice @bohotiffin ! Tip; they are even tastier with a layer of peanut butter in between! ⁠

What do you need: ⁠

- 40 g peanut butter @depindakaaswinkel (I always get this at @boutiqueratatouille )
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 6 tbsp oat flour
- 35 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 55 g finely chopped almonds
- Salt (to taste)

What to do: ⁠
1. Mix all ingredients until combined, except the almonds, which you keep aside.
2. Then wet your hands a little and divide the batter into small balls on the baking tray.
3. Then sprinkle the almonds over this.
4. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Tip: the bigger you make the rolls, the fluffier they become! I divided the batter into 10 🍫
