For a big bowl

Ingredients: 400 grams of green beans (steamed until done), 100 grams of peas (cooked according to packaging), 1 red onion (finely chopped), 2 cloves of garlic (pressed), 150 grams of sprouts, 1 fennel bulb (finely chopped).

Dressing: 1 tbsp (apple) vinegar, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp (coarse) mustard, 1 tbsp agave syrup, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1

Place the steamed beans (cooled) in a large bowl together with the cooked (cooled) peas, red onion, garlic and fennel spouts. Toss carefully.

Step 2

Make the dressing in a separate bowl. Add all ingredients together and mix together to form a smooth dressing.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss carefully. Season with some salt and pepper if necessary.

Step 4

Serve the salad or fill your boho tiffin with it. If necessary, store your boho tiffin in the refrigerator, so that the salad is kept cool.
