What a great combination: tuna and avocado! YUM! Both contain a lot of good fats and keep you feeling full for a long time. And together in a perfect spread recipe it's a real treat. Delicious on a warm sandwich for lunch, on a piece of toast during drinks or on corn waffles for a tasty brunch, as we have done in this recipe. You can always wake me up for this.

What do you need?

- 4 corn waffle
- a drained can of tuna (in water)
- 50 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
- 50 grams of cottage cheese
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- curry powder and paprika powder
- salt and pepper

1. Drain the can of tuna and place the tuna in a bowl. Mix the tuna with the low-fat cottage cheese and cottage cheese well.

2. Mash the avocado finely and add the avocado smash to the tuna mixture. Mix everything well and season the spread with Italian herbs, curry powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.

3. Top the crispy corn waffles with the tuna and avocado spread and enjoy responsibly!
